Beef stew
Ingredients
- Stewing meat
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Garlic
- Celery
- Green beans
- Stock cubes
Method
- In a big pot or pressure cooker heat oil.
- Add the diced onions and garlic into the pot fry till slightly browned. Take it out of the pot.
- Cut off most of the fat and season the meat and add into the pot to seal and brown.
- Add the chopped celery en half of the fried onions.
- Add the stock cubes and cover the meat with water.
- Cook until the meat is soft. – With a pressure cooker boil for 30- 40 minutes.
- Cut the carrots, potatoes, and beans add it to the pot. Also add the rest of the onions With a pressure cooker boil for 20 minutes tune of the heat and let is lose pressure by itself.
