Beef stew

Ingredients

  • Stewing meat
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Celery
  • Green beans
  • Stock cubes

Method

  • In a big pot or pressure cooker heat oil.
  • Add the diced onions and garlic into the pot fry till slightly browned. Take it out of the pot.
  • Cut off most of the fat and season the meat and add into the pot to seal and brown.
  • Add the chopped celery en half of the fried onions.
  • Add the stock cubes and cover the meat with water.
  • Cook until the meat is soft. – With a pressure cooker boil for 30- 40 minutes.
  • Cut the carrots, potatoes, and beans add it to the pot. Also add the rest of the onions With a pressure cooker boil for 20 minutes tune of the heat and let is lose pressure by itself.
