Caramelised onions
Ingredients
- Onions
- Sugar
- Butter or coconut oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Method
- Slice the onions
- Heat a pan with butter or coconut oil
- Fry the onions till slightly caramelized
- Add a few spoons of sugar, let it melt.
- Add a bit of balsamic vinegar.
- Continue cooking for a few minutes until the liquid reduce till a slight sticky consistency.
