- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Sweet potatoes
- Butternut
- Beetroot
- Onion
- Garlic
- Robertson Veggie spice
- Oil
- Salt and pepper

Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 C
- Cut the vegetables into wedges.
- Place all the vegetable wedges onto an oven tray.
- Splash a dash of oil over the vegetables and season with salt & pepper and veggie spice.
- Move the vegetables around to be sure that all is covered with oil and seasoning.
- Cook in the oven until all the vegetables is soft and start to turn golden brown.
