Oven veggies


  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Butternut
  • Beetroot
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Robertson Veggie spice
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 160 C
  • Cut the vegetables into wedges.
  • Place all the vegetable wedges onto an oven tray.
  • Splash a dash of oil over the vegetables and season with salt & pepper and veggie spice.
  • Move the vegetables around to be sure that all is covered with oil and seasoning.
  • Cook in the oven until all the vegetables is soft and start to turn golden brown.
